3. Step 3 — Escalation: If your dispute remains unresolved after 14 calendar days of the initial submission, or if you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may escalate the matter to the independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body specified by zk7777's international gaming licence authority.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zk7777 holds its international gaming licence. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall limit zk7777's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction in connection with actual or threatened breach of these Terms & Conditions, including in relation to intellectual property infringement, fraud, or money laundering.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms & Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
